I don't know if any of you have run into the same problem as I have. When I cut braided lines with a regular side cutter it always flattened out the end I cut. I would always have trouble getting the braided line back to its original shape and then could not get it to go into an A/N fitting. Ferrarichip told me about a cable cutter he uses. Here is a picture of the one I bought. It leaves the cable in its original shape. It has saved me a lot of frustration! I have seen them on-line for as little as $7.00. Like most tools, you get what you pay for.
