Garage was built in 63, got to the point the rafters wouldn't hold 20 pounds. Sagging in the middle, and too small for all of the junk, and 4 cars. Plus the foundation leaked in the spring time. The new one will be bigger, wider,, and deeper.

Nice. Looks like it was a fast and painless demo for that garage. Will there be a new area to park model cars.
