Hi everyone, I started this build about a week ago. It is the Revell 67 Dodge Coronet in the California wheels box. Nice detail in this kit but there is a little flash on some of the chrome pieces that requires careful removal. So far everything has fit really well. I had a little trouble with the paint on this car which I think may have been caused by the humidity in the air. Some careful sanding and a few coats of clear coat seem to have resolved the problem. Trying to keep this build OOB but I have added ignition wiring.

I am now almost at the finishing line with this build.

For "box stock" it's nice and the paint is good. The chrome trim is very well done as are the "R/T" logos. Wheel spaces between the spokes look gray or dull silver. I'm not sure what you were going for there, but it makes the chrome spokes less noticed. I like the engine wiring, well done model!

Very nice build! The paint looks great. I have built three of these and really like the kit.

Thanks for the nice comments.
The dull silver behind the rims were an attempt to replicate disk brakes.
The kit itself is a good kit. There were a few fit issues here and there, but a little patience and it builds up rather nice.
