Sadly, I must add one more name to the bad trader list. In june of 2011, Placed an order with Reliable Resins and two years have no parts. He even deleted mylogin, I guess to keep me from bothering him! I finally gave up and have a model uncompleted in a box as a result. I haven't seen any bad coments on him before so I hope it is a mistake. I have a bank copy of his acceptance of my debit card so I know he pocketed the money. I must say beware of this company.

Most every thread started about Reliable Resins on various forums is quickly deleted because, at least in the case of MCM they have a vested interest in the $$$ Don spends on advertising. Nearly everything erupts into a flame war between everyone who's been screwed over by R.R. and the owners rabid band of defenders along with Don himself.
He's not a particularly pleasant man to be "on the wrong side of" when it comes to expecting ridiculous things like the product you paid for in the first place. He used to sell heavily on eBay, but eventually even they pitched him into the wilderness after he wasn't completing his auctions.
Since you have receipt of payment, I'd suggest opening an official complaint with the post office for mail fraud. That seems to be the only way to get your stuff delivered these days.

A hint when ordering online. NEVER use a debit card. You have no recourse for complaints unless your bank wants to go after them, just like a check. The Post office, usually, will not do anything unless the loss is over $10,000.00.
Your best bet is to use a Visa or Mastercard credit card. Most of the credit card companies will contact the seller and open a fraud investigation if needed. They can get your money back if you present a good case. Also, if you present more letters from people who have been ripped off, you can get a seller barred from accepting credit cards. It is a pain, but it is good pay-back and helps protect future victims.
Sorry for your loss, but thank you for letting us know!!!!

I think he is. I believe RR is doing business as usual, if you get my meaning.

I have purchased from Don on ebay within the past few months. Service was great, he contacted me before shipping which was within a few days when everyone else casting is quoting 6 to 8 week lead times. The 70 AMX resin is fantastic and I will be ordering another soon.
