This is the finished model of a Boss 302 I was commissioned to build as a award for a WW2 Vet. He flew a TB 5 Avenger in WW2 that sank the Jap ship Yamamoto. The local air museum raffled off a full size 2013 Boss 302 for the prize. This is a copy or close to the 2013 as I could get to give to him for his efforts in selling tickets.   |

Yeah it was a honor to do this one. I waived my fee, and did it for nothing. My dad was stationed over in the same area, and what Stu and his comrades did makes me wonder what might have happened to my Dad if they didn't succeed.
So remember when you see a Veteran from any war, tell him great job, and welcome home.
