There really isn't anything special about this build as it is OOB. The only addition I made was wiring the engine. I wanted to build this kit for a couple of reasons: 1. I have 3 of them. I don't know why but I do. I think sometimes I just forget what I have in my stash of kits. 2. I want to build all of the Indy Pace Cars I can. So here it is:

I think it is a great idea to have a goal or theme to work towards. Like your's, building all of the Indy Pace Cars or to build all of the Earnhardt cars, etc. I hope you accomplish your goal. Looks like the Mustang is a nice addition to your collection!

Nice detail on the gauge faces---is it a decal or did you use paint and a toothpick ?

Nice detail on the gauge faces---is it a decal or did you use paint and a toothpick ? Thanks kwtruck, they aren't decals. I painted the gauges white and then detailed them with a very fine sharpie paint pen.
