A deal wa struck yesterday and the building, and inventory have been sold. I know the new owner will appreciate it, and make good use of it.

Hope the kids in the new neighborhood have fun with it! BTW, there used to be a slot car track in Morgantown WV mid 90s, I wonder whatever happened to it.
