Well, it has been a year since I started my site. In the last year, I have limited my new posts to see what gets looked at and what is ignored. It has been educational. I have gotten PMs with good suggestions and made a few changes. I have learned a lot and improved my photo skills. I am ready to start doing regular updates, I think I can add a few, as I have over a thousand completed models waiting for pics. I hope y'all will stop by and give it another look. No registration is required. However if you wish to register, there is a comment/discussion thread. The rest of the threads are locked for discussion. I have noticed there is not a lot of discussion on the interactive model forums, so I don't require it. Just look and enjoy! themodelcollection.proboards.com/Thanks!! Robert

Looks like a very nice board Robert. I have popped in there from time to time. I imagine it is a lot of work keeping it going. Best of luck with it!

Thank you for the positive responses! Scott gave me a lot of tips on taking better pictures and I am still improving in that area.
It is now a part of all of my builds and restorations to take pictures to see where I need to improve the model or made mistakes. So, I will be posting pictures of my new builds as well as older models that have been on the shelf for a while.

Old builds make for interesting viewing too. One forum has "my first (or oldest) build." They can be funny, and show how much better model building has advanced. Anyone who can post fotos should add them to the sites. Together we can keep these sites going and growing!
