The 9th Annual 24 hour build is in the books. I was able to nearly finish this model in the 24 hour period. I had an additional 6 hours or so, at home, to finish it up. A good chunk of the extra time was making the Eduard racing harness. Building them was fairly straight forward but then I had trouble getting everything in the car. Detail painting and the remaining decals took up the rest of the time. The paint is Tamiya and it is not rubbed out. The decals behaved very well.

24 hour build?! I don't think I could do as nice a job in 24 days! Excellent and one of my fave endurance race cars, thanx!

Thanks harron68! I had an additional 6 hours or so on finishing it up. Nice kit. I was fortunate that the paint came out so nice. There were a few "boogers" in the paint. I was able to knock down a few of them and then have the decals cover that area. Some I just left. It is a 24 hour build after all!
