As of May 1st, I will be retried. Also have some new projects in the works. Just received these from a friend of mine, they are complete in 1/87th scale. Also I am doing some resin casting of some 187th scale Chevy step vans. On the home front the granddaughter will be here in July, looking ford to her arrival. As for me I had a second tumor removed yesterday in ny fight with cancer. If all goes well in the next 4 weeks I can start Chemotherapy. The cancer I have is highly treatable, so am looking forward to beating it.

Wow, this post takes a person from a high to a low in no time. Congrats on the retirement I hope you enjoy it. That sucks about the cancer It does sound like you have a good prognosis. Good luck in kicking its butt! Also, good luck with the resin casting.

The prognosis is good it's very treatable, so I am not worried. The resin casting is something I haven't done in 25 years so it is interesting to get back into it. On another high note we are expecting our first grandchild in July. Another reason for kicking this in the butt.

Best of luck on the health issue. I've known folks suffering from numerous types of cancer, and these days long term recovery is standard operating procedure. It doesn't make the "procedures" less unpleasant, but almost guarantees a good life after! Bee well!
