Hello again friends, after another period away, I'm back with a new update. -I painted the chrome wheels and the black details. -I painted some of the chrome trim on the windows. -Picture of the interior. -For the console, I used a piece of formica for the wood finish. -To make the chrome finish around the wood, I used styrene to make a "cradle" where the wood will fit and then be chrome. -One photo of the dash, I used decal simulating wood to finish the dash. -As I rearranged the rear suspension, I left the red Mustang with the original kit suspension and set the two to fit the height of the orange Mustang suspension with the set height, so I can cut out the red Mustang suspension to do the same thing. In the photo below the orange Mustang with the modified suspension and the red with the original kit suspension. The height was almost the same with the orange car a little lower because the springs of brass give up somewhat with the weight of the car. But it still lacks the shock absorbers that will lock the suspension in the correct place and get a little higher. -I had to scratch the styrene dampers brackets. -Rear suspension taking shape with springs already painted. -And finally I varnished the body of the red Mustang. And the current phase is this one from the photo below.

Now with Edsel practically ready we will follow the assembly of the Mustangs. For the time being I decided to finish the orange Mustang first, which does not have much to finish and then I'm going to go with the red Mustang mount. -Interior ready. -I made the engine oil lines from the filter to the oil cooler in front of the car. -Engine installed in place. Still missing small details. -Body with glasses in place and ready to close with the interior and chassis. -I finally closed the car. -Rear bumper glued in place. -All floor mounted in place, just missing wheels and tires and the steering damper. That's it for today, now it's not too late to finish this car.
