Lindberg has finally re-issued there old 32 (?)....not quite, but close to a 32 pick-up.... the body actually looks more like a Plymouth).
This tooling goes WAY back in time, (not quite sure when the first issue came out), so it is rather crude by todays standards, BUT it is a nice trip back in time to build.
The kit is molded in white plastic...including the two piece tires (as per the original kit). There is a nice chrome tree and clear for the glass.
This is a very simple kit to build. The body is "channeled" over the fender unit, thre is no actual frame, the motor is "generic" with six carbs. Rude and crude, (remember this is a very old kit mold), BUT a very cool build.
Trash the engine, tires and Moon discs, and install a Flathead Ford engine, Big n Little wide Whites with steel wheels, and.....your on the way to a cool Rat Rod.
Have fun with this one, I know I am.
