picked up a couple of these at walmart,my dad had a couple of the when i was younger,kit has a nicely detailed body,the rest seems like a snap kit ,not too challenging chassis is molded to the interior tubb,engine and trans together, the tires and rims suck although they are the old slotted mag style they have to be glued to stay put,it does have potential for a good 4x4 project i switched the tires to bf goodrich a/ts from the good year tires in the kit , ;D

cool! I have to find me one of those kits, I built one 20+ years ago, I owned a 1:1 scout so had to have it.

They are actually good kits. the Wheels and Tires from AMT 84 GMC Pickup are a wicked conversion on it. really makes it look mean. with the one i built i did that and also put a 428 Ford Motor in her. looks pretty good

mine had a full cage and a 350 chevy. I gotta find one of those kits!!
