MY wife and I are in the process of buying our dream home. Just got to sell this one first. We do have a buyer but, were waiting on the VA to approve them on the deal. If it goes thru, were are going to make a boatload of cash on this property! The market is really crazy right now and we're jumping! I'll try to keep on the Camaro but its gonna be hit and miss for a little bit.

I remember when we bought our current home I made an offer on a 30 day settlement and hadn't even listed our current home or spoken to the bank. Managed to make it all happen but it was a nightmare.

Thanx guys! Yes the hobby room will be bigger and yes its turning a bit into a bit of a nightmare! The VA appraiser is starting to nit pic a little. The folks that want our house really want it, but the appraiser is holding it up. May have to throw a little more drywall up but our realtor says we will get this deal done by the end of the month. If not, we'll put it back on the market for a little bit longer. If it don't sell for what we're asking...We paid cash for this house so we're not really losing anything! Just a gamble right now. Boom! Got word today the second VA appraisal for the new buyers went thru! After some blood sweat and tears, my son and a friend helped us fix a few things and sling some drywall around. Very grateful to both of them! Closing on this house the 4th, then our new house a few days after! Got allot to move in between work hours but we'll get it done. All should be done by the beginning of June. Then back to building in the new hobby room!

Been meaning to catch up. We are all moved in! Our son was a blessing to us. He even took a night off of work to help us move. It was very stressful but we did it! Now were at the fun stage of organizing everything. The hobby/computer room is coming along. Gonna try to get the rest of my bench up before we go back to work Tuesday. Then I can get the Camaro done. Thanx for asking Eddie.

Absolutely! I will definitely get pics when its done...well, workable. You know the hobby room is always changing! I'll get a workable bench up soon.
