These cars in 1964 came in two door models and were considered the Nomad of the 60's, However it was not a Muscle Car !!!! 1964 Chevelle 300- A 283 was the best power you can get But considered more of a Handymans Special Only around 4,738 built probably more reare than a 50's Nomad

As for the anodized look!!! Another method to obtain this effect is to use Tamiya clear in what ever color you want I know you can get it in blue gold red and yellow works great over chrome and bare metal foil
