Hi Gang, went to the Hobby bench yesterday and picked up some kits i've been wanting and one just cause it was there and just cause it was there don't have a clue what I'll do with it but I'll figure something out. I have 4 hobby shop's here in Phoenix: Hobby Bench, Hobby Lobby, Catcus Hobby's and Andy's Hobby Headquarters and I can stay broke most of the time. John

My haul from yesterday's Three Rivers Auto Modelers show in Pittsburgh. I was parked kitty-corner to Bobby in the parking lot, and I believe his van was dragging the parking lot on the way out ;D

You had more stuff I wanted, but I only got so much $$$ man ;D Plus Matt snagged a few things I would have liked to have got too. Great to see you too John! See you guys in New Stanton in a month and a half!

See you in New Stanton and if there was something else you saw that you wanted, let me know and I'll bring it up. Later .....

First kit I've been able to pick up in a long time. Sold off some military kits so I had some extra cash. 40% Hobby Lobby coupon. 16 bucks. I like the different options in the kit, looks really nice.

Got the 2010 Shelby GT500, and on the way home from the LHS a deer did several thousand bucks worth of art-deco work to the front of my wife's brand new SUV (2,282 miles on it)...

Wow ! what a way to put a damper on a good trip and that is why we have insurance Did you get to keep the deer and fill the freezer? I suppose I could have, but that would have required calling out a Game Warden and who knows if one was even on duty last night. I smacked the snot out of it right along Route 51, which some of the locals know is a 4 lane semi-divided highway, so I couldn't really stop and load it in since I spun it into on-coming traffic. I also don't think it would have fit in the back of the car, it was a BIG buck. We have full coverage insurance and all of that, but it's still a hassle and major inconvenience as State Farm can't process the claim in person until Tuesday, and it'll probably take a week or more to fix if they don't total it out.
